Prices are for accommodation for 4 people and include cleaning, linen and towels. Additional guests will attract an additional charge of £10 per person per night for extra linen and cleaning charges. An additional £200 security deposit will be required before the start of your break.

At the time of booking a 10% deposit is payable. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to the check in date or immediately if booking is within 8 weeks of your holiday. At that time a refundable deposit of £200 for breakages, extra cleaning is also required.
Cancellation policy: A full refund of all amounts paid is made in the event that notice of cancellation is received more than eight weeks prior to check-in. For cancellation after eight weeks prior to check-in no refund is due but in the event that the property is re-let a discretionary refund may be made.
Arrival is from 4 pm local time and departure before 10 am.
All bedding, towels, heating and lighting  is included in the price. If more than 2 beds are required then there is an additional cost of £30 per bed per week.
Payment is in UK pounds or Euros via cheque or online banking.
Changeover day is negotiable.
